A Lunar New Year Workshop to Welcome the Fire Horse!

Join Alana Thompson for this special offering to release your final shed of the year of the Snake, and transform into the energy of the Fire Horse! The coil of the Snake taught us the power of introspection, and now the Fire Horse asks us to take those internal truths and run with them. This workshop is an invitation to bridge the gap during this intense shift and set intentions with new momentum.
-Breath work to cleanse and clear what's left over.
-Journaling to reflect on what was shed and the new space created.
-Somatic Movement to help us release the "old skin” of the snake and transition .into new energy
-Intention setting to ignite the fire within..
-Meditation to visualize and harness your own potential.
The sacred space is open to all levels and is an opportunity to connect with others in our community.

These are times of soul-making. We are being spiritually forged through the challenges of our modern times which can be reality checks where we have to face brutal truths without glossing them over with illusions. You're invited to an in-person gathering dedicated to self study and growth which in turn transforms the community and the world through practical inner work, self cultivation, and mastery.
We have to make the journey deep within to find the inner voice that will strengthen your intuition and connection to spirits, your inner compass, to best navigate through these shifting times. The more you know yourself, the less you'll be swept up by the mass confusion and chaos of the moment. You will discover your own values and an inner law were nothing outside of you can move you to do some thing that is not in accordance with your soul.
More people are starting to return to the old ways, away from social media and AI, and returning towards physical books, ancient wisdom, in person meet-ups, writing, contemplation, and presence.
You're invited to GATHER: a five week book club where we meet biweekly to discuss, share, learn, listen, and be heard.

Money is one of the clearest mirrors we have for love. How we give, receive, hold, and circulate money reflects how we allow loving care, support, and empowerment to move through our lives. In this powerful 2-hour spiritual experience we will:
-Explore money as a mirror for love, safety, belonging, and worth.
-Gently surface and unwind personal and intergenerational money beliefs.
-Invite divine healing so money can move in more liberated, loving ways.
-Open to wealth as a force that serves personal and collective thriving.
We will work with: Guided visualization, musical journey, enlightenment-based energy work., and gentle relational reflection and community space. The session will be facilitated by Rei Chou, drawing on multiple lineages of enlightenment-based energy work.
