Yoga Classes

  • Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on passive postures held for extended periods, often between three to five minutes or longer. Ideal for all levels, yin yoga offers a gentle yet profound way to restore balance and vitality.

  • Kundalini yoga is a dynamic and transformative practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. Rooted in ancient Indian traditions, it aims to awaken the dormant spiritual energy at the base of the spine, often referred to as Kundalini. This practice enhances physical health, emotional stability, and spiritual awareness. By integrating movement with breath and sound, Kundalini yoga fosters a deeper connection to oneself and promotes heightened consciousness. Ideal for practitioners of all levels, it encourages personal growth and self-discovery through its unique blend of physical and spiritual disciplines.

  • Vinyasa yoga emphasizes flowing movements synchronized with breath, creating a dynamic and fluid practice. Poses transition continuously, offering a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance. While suited for those who enjoy a more energetic yoga experience, this class always incorporates variations to accommodate different skill levels while cultivating mindfulness and a meditative flow.

  • Hatha yoga focuses on balancing mind and body through physical postures, controlled breathing, and meditation. It is typically slower-paced, making it ideal for beginners or those seeking a more gentle, mindful practice. The class emphasizes alignment, strength, flexibility, and relaxation.

  • Facilitating joint stimulation through simple postures, (asanas) one restores body mobility.  Utilizing the mind-body connection, we regain full range of motion.  This enhances wellbeing and promotes a meditative state that counters the stresses of modern life.  Designed for all ages and bodies, the asanas are adapted to the specific needs of each student to promote healing and restoration.  Great for beginners and those new to yoga practice, but all levels welcome. 

  • n this 75 minute class, you are invited to gently and mindfully unwind the body’s energy (chi), muscles, fascia, and bones through asana, breath, and patience. By naturally hearting the core, we help you discover your true potential. Our grounded, safe practice infuses elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga. All levels are welcome, and guidance is provided to meet your individual needs

  • Designed for all stages of pregnancy and postpartum as an invitation to connect deeply to the spiritual, emotional, and physical transformation during the childbearing year. You will be guided through meditation, breath, body awareness, alignment, and movement. This class will offer you tools to take into your labor and birth experience, as well as support for regaining strength in the postpartum journey. All levels of experience are welcome!

  • Drawing at the core of our being, is rhythm. It shapes how we breathe, move, listen, and connect. Rhythm Harvest is a space to awaken that truth, not by being taught patterns, but by discovering the pulse that already lives within you. Through music, movement, and mindfulness, participants are invited into an embodied journey that blends drumming, shared communication, intention-setting, partner work, meditation, mantra, and group reflection. The practice draws from both ancient traditions and modern wellness modalities - breathwork, qi gong, yoga, and creative activation, all woven together to restore balance, spark vitality, and deepen communication. Rather than performing, we harvest rhythm as a tool for self discovery, healing, and joy. By listening to our inner beat and reflecting it with others, we learn to become our own rhythm.

  • The PowerLine workout was a gift from spirit as a brand new fitness program which I which pulls its strength from the focused mind and incorporates it into a disciplined body movement, building core strength will mastering balance. This fitness program is designed to create alignment of purpose, harmony, and balance within oneself, with the aim of achieving fitness in body, clarity of mind, and connection to spirit. It is therefore a meditation–in–movement, a workout meditation, and perhaps THE Western answer to Eastern disciplines like Yoga and Tai Chi. It is the fusion of ancient wisdom, modern movement, and holistic concept. Typically, the PowerLine workout takes two hours. All the initial exercises are done on a floor mat and train the body in specific movements. Special attention is placed on precise, slow, repetitive moves, developing body endurance and resilience. Focus on breath awareness, and muscle release during relaxation after each exercise sequence.

  • A Hatha Yoga based Flow set to a more mindful, slow pace – dedicating attention to the physical, energetic, and subtle bodies. Movement will be focused on alignment, Interoception, and awareness of the breath, body, and fascial layers. Jun will weave in her knowledge as a craniosacral therapist, esoteric Tantric Buddhist practitioner, and 13 years of teaching Hatha Yoga to recharge the body-mind energy system, and connect with the soul. Not a Yin class. Open to all levels. Breath journey included in every class.

  • Beginner

    Awareness Through Movement (Feldenkrais) lessons are group classes where participants are verbally led through a series of structured sequences, establishing foundational patterns of movement. These lessons utilize attention, perception and imagination designed to evoke a more synergistic use of your Self. Feldenkrais lessons may feel similar to guided movement meditations, asking students to focus their awareness inwards with curiosity, along with a willingness to move slowly, in order to find out about their own habits. Lessons can be both subtle and meditative, or playfully explorative, many ending with movement sequences that students might not have thought possible for themselves.

  • Qigong is a gentle, meditative movement practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It combines slow, flowing movements, conscious breathing, and focused awareness to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, known as qi. Often described as “moving meditation,” Qigong is accessible to all fitness levels. The movements are simple and rhythmic, designed to release tension, improve circulation, and support overall physical and emotional wellbeing. Regular practice is associated with increased flexibility, reduced stress, improved balance, and a deeper sense of calm and connection within the body.

  • An intimate, luxurious ritual of softening, awakening, and returning to your feminine essence. This immersive experience invites you into a candlelit space of beauty, presence, and connection – where you are guided to slow down, open, and fully arrive in your body. We begin with a grounding welcome ritual, including intention setting and gentle connection, allowing you to transition out of the external world into a more receptive feminine state. From there, you'll be led through breath work and fluid intentional movement – blending light yoga, sensual embodiment practices, and intuitive dance designed to open the heart soften the body and awaken the mind and soul., We will gently close with a guided meditation, allowing you to integrate, receive, and anchor into a state of calm embodied awareness. Each element is curated to engage the senses and deep in your experience, including the delicate essence of rose to evoke softness,, self-love, and feminine energy. We end with a moment of quiet indulgence, grounding the experience with dark chocolate.

    You will leave feeling radiant, softened, and deeply connected to your natural magnetism.

We begin in a candlelit welcome circle, inviting you to set a personal intention rooted in love and presence.. Through guided breath work and affirmations, you'll soften, open, and reconnect to your heart, creating space for self-compassion and radiance. Flowing seamlessly, the practice blends gentle yoga, heart-centered movement, and expressive dance – both freeform and in circle – allowing you to move with ease, grace, and shared energy. Rose essential oil enhances the senses, deepening your experience of softness, openness, and connection. This journey closes with a guided meditation, anchoring the energy of love into your body and mind. You'll leave grounded, radiant and nourished, - carrying the practice with you and with a curated pack of tea as a small gift to continue the ritual at home.

    This three-part pranayama is a gentle yet powerful somatic breathwork practice designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic restoration. Unlike traditional pranayama commonly practiced in yoga classes, this method works through continuous rhythmic breathing pattern that engage the body and emotions on a deeper level.

    Through intentional breath, the practice helps clear stagnant emotional energy held within the somatic body, the accumulated stress, tension, and unprocessed emotions often stored within the nervous system and tissues. Participants may experience emotional release, tingling sensations, temperature shifts, spontaneous movement, vivid imagery, or moments of deep clarity and insight as the body begins to unwind and rebalance itself.

    Though gentle in approach, the practice can evoke profound inner experiences. This practice is open to all levels and requires no prior breathwork or meditation experience. The journey is guided, allowing each participant to move at their own pace and honor the wisdom of their body.
