These lessons utilize attention, perception and imagination designed to evoke a more synergistic use of your Self. Feldenkrais lessons may feel similar to guided movement meditations, asking students to focus their awareness inwards with curiosity, along with a willingness to move slowly, in order to find out about their own habits. Lessons can be both subtle and meditative, or playfully explorative, many ending with movement sequences that students might not have thought possible for themselves.
